The map translates constitutional rights and the Rethink Discipline law into a clear guide for schools and advocates.
We created the student discipline due process map, based on the current constitutional framework outlined in the US Supreme Court case _Goss v. Lopez_, to help and advocates and schools understanding both the constitutional rights of children to an education and how to best incorporate Rethink Discipline legislation's requirements into their student discipline scheme.
