New provider partnerships, better internal systems, and court referrals drove the program's biggest year yet.
2025 wasn't just a good year. It was a different kind of year. Graduates nearly doubled from 186 to 322, and cases closed jumped from 2,156 to 3,776—blowing past every number in the program's history.
The growth came from everywhere at once. New providers joined the network, expanding the pipeline of participants. Our internal standard operating procedures made it easier to stay connected with providers and participants throughout the process. And referrals poured in from the regular court docket, connecting people to SOCD who might never have found it otherwise.
